Tudutu
Tudutu is a to-do list and calendar in one place, for getting things out of your head and knowing what to do next.
What it does
- Capture anything the moment you think of it. It waits in your In-tray until you decide what it is.
- Decide once. Each thing becomes something to do, something for maybe one day, something you're waiting on, or something to keep.
- See only what you can act on. Your To-do list shows what's decided, not everything you've ever written down.
- One Calendar for what happens at a time, what's due, and the time you really have free.
- Repeats, reminders, folders, people and places, when a thing needs them.
It runs in a browser, on iPhone and on Android, and what you put in on one is on the others.
Your other calendars
You can connect a Google or Outlook calendar, so what's on it shows on your Calendar in Tudutu beside your own things. Tudutu only reads it. It changes nothing there, and it doesn't keep a copy: it asks again each time you look.
