Help
Answers to what's asked most. If yours isn't here, write to richard.bushnell@tudutu.com: a person reads every message.
Signing in
- Which way should I sign in? Any of them: Apple, Microsoft, Google, or a code sent to your email address. Use the same one each time, on every device, and you'll see the same Tudus.
- I signed in another way and my Tudus aren't there. Each way of signing in is its own account until you join them. Sign in the way you used first, then in Settings, under Ways to sign in, add the other. From then on, either one opens the same account.
- The code didn't come. It can take a minute. Its subject is "… is your Tudutu sign-in code"; look in your junk or spam folder too. A code works once, for 10 minutes. You can ask for another after a minute.
On more than one device
- Is what I add on my phone on my computer too? Yes, once you're signed in to the same account on both, at app.tudutu.com in a browser. Changes go across whenever the device is online; anything done offline goes when it's back.
- Can I see my Google or Outlook calendar? Yes, in a browser: in Settings, connect it, and its events show on your Calendar beside your own things. Tudutu only reads it.
Reminders and places
- I'm not getting reminders. Check that notifications for Tudutu are on in your phone's settings, and that the Tudu has a reminder set on its page.
- Being nudged when you arrive somewhere is on iPhone. It's coming to Android.
Your account
- Signing out is in Settings. Your Tudus stay in your account.
- Deleting your account and everything in it is at the bottom of Settings, and happens straight away. How to delete your account, step by step.
- What Tudutu keeps, and what it does with it, is on the privacy page.
