Delete your account
How to delete your account in Tudutu: To-Do List & Calendar, the app made by Tudutu Ltd, and everything kept in it.
Delete it yourself
- Open Tudutu on your phone, or at app.tudutu.com, and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- At the bottom, choose Delete my account, and say yes when it asks.
It's deleted straight away, and it can't be undone.
Or ask for it to be deleted
If you can't get into Tudutu, write to richard.bushnell@tudutu.com and say which of Apple, Google or Microsoft you sign in with. Your account is deleted once it's clear that it's yours.
What's deleted
The account and everything in it: your Tudus and their notes, your Folders, Contexts and Places, the people you've added, photos, recordings and files, the calendars you've connected, and the ways you sign in.
What's kept, and for how long
- The server's backups, which are kept for seven days in case of a fault, hold your account until they're replaced.
- The server's log, a record of requests and errors kept for finding faults, is kept for about a month and then discarded. It isn't meant to hold what's in your Tudus.
Nothing else is kept.
Deleting some of it
You don't have to delete your account to delete what's in it. Anything you delete in Tudutu goes to the Trash, and is deleted for good after 90 days, or sooner if you empty it.
What Tudutu keeps, and why, is on the privacy page.
